1. Privacy
1.1 Your personal data is stored by the seller and recorded under your personal account in order to enable the seller to process your transaction correctly. Once this data is stored, your subsequent transactions will be processed more quickly.
1.2 The seller complies with the Belgian Data Protection Act of 8 December 1992 as amended by the Act of 11 December 1998, which incorporates the principles of the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
This legislation provides that the person or business that collects data must have the consent of the person whose personal data is concerned, that the data must be relevant, accurate and correct and that it must be collected for specific, clear and lawful purposes. The person whose data is concerned must have access thereto and the right to change the information concerning him/her.
1.3 The seller undertakes that it will not pass any personal information on to other organisations, whether for commercial or other purposes. |
